Goods are supplied in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Products - We make every effort to have stock available of all products featured on this website. We may, however, withdraw or change items at any time. If for any reason we are unable to supply the products you order, we will refund the full value of any such products. Colours illustrated are subject to the normal limitations of electronic presentation.
Prices & Payment - All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Prices may vary without notice. Payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of ordering by Visa or MasterCard. When placing an order over the internet your payment details are transmitted over a secure encrypted network connection, which provides personal protection and are only retained for the time necessary to process the current transaction.
Cancellation and Return - Goods may only be returned by agreement but subject, at our discretion, to a handling charge. Where orders have been placed and money has been taken, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our expenses should an order be cancelled prior to delivery to the customer.
Limited Liability - Any liability which we may incur to you in contract or tort (including liability in negligence) arising out of: 1) any failure to supply or deliver goods: 2) any delay in delivery of goods; 3) any defect in any goods or services; shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. However, your statutory rights are not affected.
